In a league of his own

Lou Gehrig played 2,130 consecutive games for the New York Yankees. In 1939, “The Iron Horse” was diagnosed with ALS, now often known as Lou Gehrig’s disease. Through the Lou Gehrig Limited Edition, Oris is supporting The Lou and Eleanor Gehrig Family Foundation and the projects it funds.

Breaking down barriers

Hank Aaron faced down prejudice to become one of the greatest ball players of all time, and one of its greatest humanitarians. Oris is proud to support The Hank Aaron Chasing the Dream Foundation through the Hank Aaron Limited Edition, a watch made in support of disadvantaged young people.

Oris Roberto Clemente

A life cut short

Roberto Clemente was the first Latin American baseball player to reach 3,000 hits. In 1972, he was killed when his plane carrying humanitarian aid crashed into the sea. Oris’s Roberto Clemente Limited Edition supports the foundation created in his name and its mission to “Build Nations of Good.”
