Scope of Application
From time to time, Oris conducts promotional campaigns offering customers specific benefits when purchasing through the Oris e-shop. These General Terms & Conditions apply to all promotions unless superseded by promotion-specific terms expressly communicated by Oris.
Promotion Period
Each promotion shall be valid solely during the promotional period specified by Oris. Promotions apply exclusively to purchases made through the Oris e-shop during the stated period. Purchases made outside the promotion period or through third-party retailers are excluded.
Eligibility Requirements
Eligibility criteria, including qualifying products, complimentary items, or purchase conditions, are determined individually for each promotion. Only items and options explicitly displayed as part of the promotion on the Oris e-shop shall qualify.
Availability of Promotional Items
Promotional items, benefits, or complimentary products are offered strictly while stocks last. Oris shall not be obliged to provide alternative products, replacements, or subsequent claims in the event of unavailability.
Returns
In the event that a customer returns a product purchased under a promotion, any complimentary or promotional item received in connection with that purchase must also be returned. Should the complimentary item not be returned, Oris reserves the right to charge the customer the corresponding value of such item.
Limitations of the Offer
Promotional benefits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash or applied retroactively to previous purchases. Promotions may not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated otherwise by Oris.
