At Oris, we only make mechanical watches, crafted from the finest materials.
Every watch is rigorously tested here in Hölstein before it leaves our factory and makes its way to you. But even then, your watch will need regular, essential maintenance to counter natural wear so it keeps on keeping time accurately. That way, it will deliver a lifetime of joy.

WARRANTY
Your watch’s warranty depends on its movement and on your membership of MyOris. Join today and we’ll extend your warranty to three, five or 10 years, depending on the movement.
If your watch doesn’t perform as expected or is damaged, send it to your nearest Oris Service Centre or take it to an authorised Oris dealer.
Your warranty coverage starts on your purchase date and is subject to conditions outlined here.

SERVICE OPTIONS
There are two ways to service your Oris watch.
Partial service
Need a new strap, a bracelet clean and polish or a water-resistance check? We recommend testing water resistance every five years to ensure long-term performance. Our customer service team will provide you with a tailored quote.
Full service
In a full service, we’ll give your watch a thorough inspection, refreshing the movement and polishing up the case and, where applicable, the bracelet. This way, your watch stays in peak condition.
These are our recommended service intervals:
- In-house movement with a 5-day power reserve, every 10 to 12 years
- In-house movement with a 10-day power reserve, every 5 to 7 years
- All other models, every 3 to 5 years
HOW TO SERVICE YOUR WATCH
There are two ways to submit your Oris watch to us for a service.
Visit your nearest authorised dealer and they'll take care of it.
Contact your nearest Oris Service Centre for shipping details and send it to them.

Log in to your MyOris account
- Select the watch to be serviced in 'My Watches'
- Click 'Request Service'
- Choose your preferred repair option
- Your instructions will follow
