Anti-magnetism
Swiss watch movements can magnetise, affecting accuracy. Oris's Calibre 400 Series, engineered with over 30 non-ferrous, anti-magnetic components, is highly anti-magnetic. Calibre 401 deviated less than 10 seconds a day after exposure to 2,250 gauss.
Five-day power reserve
Calibre 401, designed for intermittent wear, has a five-day power reserve. It uses twin barrels with extended mainsprings, each storing two-and-a-half days of power. It’s highly accurate, to -3/+5 seconds a day, surpassing a chronometer.
10-year warranty
Oris’s Calibre 400 Series offers a 10-year warranty on watches registered at MyOris. Oris also proposes 10-year service intervals on these watches, barring accidental damage or water-resistance checks. This sets a new standard.
